Fix Camera For SPRD SC7731/SC8830 Roms

Step 1: Replace system/lib/hw/camera.8830.so

Step 2: Open camera.8830.so with notepad

Step 3: Find lib files name in it.

Step 4:Copy lob files to system/lib
Don't Replece/Overwrite any Existing file.Just skip for it.

Step 5:Reboot
